3. Save more money then what I spend
4. Eat less fried food
5. Drink less pop, Drink MORE WATER
6. Pass my two summer classes

Eating less fried has allowed me to loose weight. Plus when I did eat fried food I used to get that bloated feeling and won’t go away for hours. Now since I don’t go to Mcdonalds, BurgerKing, etc, (Runza I still go there) I feel great, there nothing like home cooking etc, it tastes better. Yeah I usually have 1-3 pops a week, (That doesn’t include mixed drinks at the bar) it feels great too not getting the need for caffeine. My one coffee in the morning more then enough covers it.

I would suggest starting out by golfing at Jim Ager off South Street. Nice and easy. Don’t go to the big boy/girl courses yet.

You could always drink more tea…I really like to drink green tea or yerba mate tea because it gives me tons of energy plus it doesn’t have any calories if you don’t add sugar or any other sweeteners to it. Have you ever gone to the Rec Center on campus? I really like going there in the mornings because I can get it out of the way and there’s hardly anybody else using the equipment so you can have easy access to using a machine. I also have a subscription to HungryGirl.com. It’s free and you receive daily emails providing recipes and healthy alternatives to the junk that we’re all exposed to on a daily basis. I also have a couple of the cookbooks. They’re great! Good luck on accomplishing your goals! 🙂
