Simply Junkin Market

One of my favorite things about fall time is all the fall events, craft shows and flea markets! It’s always great to stop and smell the pumpkin spice, but it’s also good to stop and support local small businesses and crafters as well.

The Simply Junkin Market is taking place Saturday September 16th, 2017 in Lawrence, Nebraska. They have a lot of great vendors lined up to bring you a wide variety of home decor, gifts for the holiday, jewelry, funky junk and much more. You can check out their Facebook page for more on the vendors and visit their website as well!

Let’s make 2017 the best year for small business owners and local crafters throughout the state. The more you can support local, the more you money stays local to support other small businesses!

Discover Northwest Nebraska

Northwest Nebraska has always been one of my favorite areas of the state since I was a child. I grew up traveling to family reunions at Fort Robinson and visiting family on my dad’s side around Alliance. While most individuals think Disney World is the happiest place on earth, I believe Fort Robinson is the happiest place for me. The beautiful scenery, the landscape, the history and the people are something everyone should discover at some point in their life. I will guarantee you, once you visit you will want to keep going back each year, if not twice a year. There are so many words to describe Northwest Nebraska. You may be able to get an idea of what it’s about from a photo, however seeing it in person is a thousand times better.

Discover Northwest Nebraska launched a new website. I encourage individuals to learn more information and make plans to visit the area.
