If you’re interested in local history, urban legends, caves, endangered bats, geology, or ghosts, you will love local author Joel Green’s new book ROBBER’S CAVE: Truths, Legends, Recollections. Purchase a copy at robberscavebook.com or from a local bookstore in Lincoln, Omaha, Seward, Kearney, or at the Nebraska State Capitol Building and Nebraska History Museum. (A full listing of businesses that sell the book can be found at robberscavebook.com).
I have been to Indigo Bridge Books several time throughout my college years to purchase books of interest. It is a great shop with a warm and cozy downtown city feeling. For the first time a couple weeks ago, I actually went to Indigo Bridge Books to try some of their coffee. I wish I could have had time to stay longer, but I had to get back home.
Not only does Indigo Bridge Books have a great selection of books, but they have delicious coffee and a wide variety of gifts for birthdays, Christmas, etc. I encourage everyone who visits Lincoln to stop by Indigo Bridge Books for their morning coffee or to take some time out of their day to sit and read. Also, try to take a friend and you can battle each other in one of the many courtesy board games available for customers.
I definitely plan to visit Indigo Bridge Books in the Lincoln Haymarket more often whenever I go home to Lincoln to visit my parents. If anyone ever sees me there, challenge me to a game of checkers!
